Submission of patio boundary screening details pursuant to Condition 5 of permission 20/00930/HHOLD. Proposed alterations and extensions to front and rear of property at 1 and 2 storeys comprising of: Conversion of half of double garage to new side entrance and shower room. Existing garage door replaced with new external door and sidelight. New two-storey extension to front elevation. Extension to mirror and match existing front gable end in size, scale and material use. New single-storey porch between existing and proposed forward protruding elements, with pitched and glazed roof over. New centered front door with sidelights to either side. New rear extension, at ground floor, to the full width of the original property and 4m in depth. 2no roof lights over, 2no bi-folding doors and 1no picture window. New rear extension at first floor over proposed ground floor extension. 4m in depth to line through with below and 4.8m wide centered over the full width extension below. Off-white render to existing pebble dash finish. Render to match on proposed elevations. New lower patio, planting beds, retaining walls and 2no external stairs up to corresponding bi-fold doors.

The tree is a Copper Beech situated in the small communal garden at the front of the block of flat known as 18 Tower Road. The LPA already has clear details of location of the tree - TPO RE458. The tree is approximately 9m high and its branches are growing above the height of the block of flats which results in twigs and leaves falling onto the roof of the building which in turn causes problems with the roof and blocked gutters. The branches also provide rodents and squirrels with potential access to the roof and the building. The branches growing towards the building are now touching the building, blocking out light, and blocking gutters with leaves and twigs. The branches growing towards the public highway are now growing beyond the property boundary and over the public footpath. The tree is realistically only visible to a maximum of 5 - 7 households and as Tower Road is a quiet suburban road it viewed by very little highway traffic. Proposed works:- 1. Reduce the height of the tree by 2 m so that it is no higher than the beginning of the roof of the building; 2. Cut back the branches growing towards the building by 60 cms; and 3. Cut back the branches growing over the public highway so that they do not extend beyond the hedge bordering the property.

Submission of Construction Transport Management Plan details pursuant to Condition 5 of permission 19/00564/HHOLD. Proposed demolition of existing garage, single storey side extension and conservatory to allow for construction of 2 no. two storey side extensions together with part two storey / part single storey rear extension and replacement roof to allow accommodation within the roof space. A new boundary treatment with 2 no. entrance gates is also proposed.
