This proposal consists of a side extension to the south side of an existing 2-storey detached bungalow. The side extension is limited to the ground floor and is to have a gently sloping pitched 'extensive' green roof. The existing house and extension will have external insulated render to the external walls and all new 'Crittall' style metal windows. Extensive internal alterations will also be carried out. Widening of driveway entrance by 1M
