Installation of 9 photo-voltaic panels on flat roof of existing outbuilding. Panels to be all black (JA 5BB Cypress All Black panel or similar), and installed facing into garden. Erection of a wooden summerhouse, on a concrete base, half-way down our garden against the laurel hedge and perimeter fence. The summerhouse is octagonal in shape, 3mx3m in diameter, with a cedar shingle roof. It has glass panelled doors and two opening windows, in Georgian style. The summerhouse is painted 'pebble grey', and the cedar roof is natural cedar. The wall height is 2180mm; the roof ridge height is 3057mm. All dimensions are provided in the drawings. T633 - Poplar: Western boundary; tree with excessive leverage over union at 9m over parking space: Reduce limb back to side branch beneath tight union. T296 - Pine: 2m in from west boundary fence; included union at 4m: Remove tree. T547 - Elm (dead): To north of car park, east of main drive. Remove tree. T4845 - Tulip tree: Large mature tree, to east of main drive: Length of lever arm (branch) above decayed 'elbow' at 18m to north is becoming excessive over main internal access road - reduce length of branch above decay by 4m, to alleviate. Reason: To comply with the recommendations of the recent tree survey.
