Fence to be 2m high when viewed from Crossland Road side, but uneven garden levels and existing terracing to mean fence height from Cavendish Road to be approximately 3m owing to change in ground level between properties.

T955 - Sycamore: 10m to south of northern boundary: Reduce height by 2-3m and radial width by 1-2m. Brash to be chipped back on to access path. T5930 - Sycamore: Large mature tree, 4m north of bin store: Remove squirrel damaged branch at 18m over bins. T591 - Silver maple: Adjacent to gate and parking spaces, on west boundary: Remove tree T5019 - Sweet chestnut: Veteran tree overhanging covered walkway: Place a Cobra Ultrastatic brace 1m below the existing brace on the limb over the walkway. Crown lift secondary branches over the walkway, to give a clearance of 2m above the roof. T4879 & T4880 - Lime: Mature trees, within woodland, between driveway and east boundary: Remove basal growth and epicormic growth from the lower 1.5m of the trunk, to facilitate future inspection. T4940 - Robinia - Near visitor car park and main house: Remove tree T295 - Sycamore: Tree weighted over woodland path; extensive decay between buttress roots: Reduce in height by 4m approx. T4926 - Beech: 8m in from driveway, 4m to south of sub-station. Cavity on west side of the trunk at 8m: Reduce in height by 3-4m and radial width by 1-2m. T4923 - Beech: Large mature tree, 8m in from driveway with 30% of buttresses affected by K. deusta: Section fell to leave the trunk at 5m in height. T633 - Poplar: Western boundary; tree with excessive leverage over union at 9m over parking space: Reduce limb back to side branch beneath tight union. T296 - Pine: 2m in from west boundary fence; included union at 4m: Remove tree. T547 - Elm (dead): To north of car park, east of main drive. Remove tree. T4845 - Tulip tree: Large mature tree, to east of main drive: Length of lever arm (branch) above decayed 'elbow' at 18m to north is becoming excessive over main internal access road - reduce length of branch above decay by 4m, to alleviate. Reason: To comply with the recommendations of the recent tree survey.
