Proposed alterations and extensions to front and rear of property at 1 and 2 storeys comprising of: Conversion of half of double garage to new side entrance and shower room. Existing garage door replaced with new external door and sidelight. New two-storey extension to front elevation. Extension to mirror and match existing front gable end in size, scale and material use. New single-storey porch between existing and proposed forward protruding elements, with pitched and glazed roof over. New centered front door with sidelights to either side. New rear extension, at ground floor, to the full width of the original property and 4m in depth. 2no roof lights over, 2no bi-folding doors and 1no picture window. New rear extension at first floor over proposed ground floor extension. 4m in depth to line through with below and 4.8m wide centered over the full width extension below. Off-white render to existing pebble dash finish. Render to match on proposed elevations. New lower patio, planting beds, retaining walls and 2no external stairs up to corresponding bi-fold doors.
