Lawful Development Certificate (existing) for a loft conversion, alterations to roofline incorporating rear dormer extension loft conversion with two rooflights in front roof slope.

The proposed building is of Class E(e) - provision of medical or health services. A certificate of lawful development should be granted as the works comply with Permitted Development Part 7 Class A. The proposal is for a new treatment room of 16.5sqm to alleviate the pressure on current facilities. It would involve the construction of a single storey extension to the east side of the existing building with a mansard roof that would be reflective of the character and design of the existing building. Works would include timber stud walls with a timber roof structure and concrete trench footings to match the depth of the existing.
