T1. Mixed species-Reduce encroachment over road to boundary line up to Cypress hedge. Remove self-set Sycamore from behind garage.Various species ranging from 6-8 metres tall. Approx. 1 metre to be removed. Works to allow light to adjacent road to prevent moss on the tarmac T2. Cypress hedge-Reduce height of hedge by up to 2 metres to previous points and trim both sides 7-metre-tall hedge down to 5 metres tall T3. Lime x 2 - Remove major deadwood greater than 20mm diameter and raise crown to provide 6 metres clearance from ground level 18x12m trees works to clear garage roof and lift over road T5. Bay - Reduce height 2 metres and trim garage side 8x5m down to 6x4m encroaching on garage T6. Beech - Crown Reduction. Reducing the height and spread of the tree by up to 2 metres. All pruning cuts shall be made to suitable secondary growth points and shall maintain a stable platform for the expected regrowth 14x8m down to 12x6m works to maintain size due to location on top of wall T8. Field Maple x 2 -Remove major deadwood greater than 20mm diameter and raise crown to provide 6 metres clearance from ground level, sever Ivy at base 15x10m trees lifting works over access drive and road T9. Mixed species - Reduce / trim all over to previous points (all to be varied in height) and remove dead trees from within Various ranging from 7-9 metres tall. Works to maintain size due to location on top of wall T10. Hornbeam x 2 and Beech - Crown Reduction. Reducing the height and spread of the tree by up to 2 metres. All pruning cuts shall be made to suitable secondary growth points and shall maintain a stable platform for the expected regrowth 18x12 down to 16x10m to allow light into the garden T11. Dead Elms - Fell to as close to ground level as possible 6m tall dead Tree T13. Apple - Prune by up to 2 metres 7x6m down to 5x4m pruning / maintenance works T14. Mixed species rear boundary-Reduce encroachment towards garden by up to 1 metre 8x7m down to 8x6m encroaching on house.

Yard Area - Right Hand Side. T1 - Ash, Fell as close to ground level as possible. Works to be carried out with the use of a MEWP. Due to the cavity in dominant leader at a height of approximately 3.5 metres from ground level - cut and stack all logs. The tree is located to the front of the stables to the right hand side of the yard area. There is a large cavity at a height of approximately 3.5m from ground level and approximately 0.2 - 0.5m above the main crown break within the dominant stem which over hangs the stable building roof . Due to the size of the cavity the tree would require significant reduction to stabilize which would also include the adjacent dominant stem to balance leaving a Monolith trunk and removing all amenity and aesthetics value . This is a high load bearing limb with risk of complete failure if retained leading to significant damage to the stables building . The tree appears to becoming slightly stag headed which could be early signs of Ash Dieback

1 Yew rear garden : Crown Reduction - Reducing the height and spread of the tree by up to half a metre. All pruning cuts shall be made to suitable secondary growth points and shall maintain a stable platform for the expected regrowth. 3 Yew x 2 rear garden LHS : Laterally reduce by 1 metre to clear building and reduce protruding branches as pictured by 3 metres to match remainder. 4 Holly LHS of house : Reduce laterally by 2 metres. To allow light in to garden and to clear building. Stop squirrels entering the roof. 1- 8 x 5 down to 7.5 x 4.5. 2- 12 x 6 down to 12 x 5. 3 - 12 x 7 down to 12 x 5

1 Maple front garden : Crown reduction - Reducing the height and spread of the tree by up to 1 metre. All pruning cuts shall be made to suitable secondary growth points and shall maintain a stable platform for the expected regrowth 12x7 to 11x6 . Plums n low level shrubs - no more than 5 metres tall 4 metres wide. Pruning up to 2 metres laterally to regain garden 3 Silver Birch Carefully climb and dismantle to as close to ground level as possible. Trim rose and laurel beneath to tidy - fell to open view 4 Yew rear LH corner Reduce height by 4 metres 10x 4 to 6x4m 5 Mixed species across rear boundary Reduce height by a further 1.5 metres to top of neighbours roof, reduce Ash leaning in to neighbours to 2 metres tall and remove debris left from previous works Sycamores and Ash 6 metres tall down to 4.5m to open up view 7 Yew RHS Reduce laterally to main stem retaianing new growth close to stem Laterally reduce by up to 3 m. 3x5m down to 3x2m to form a hedge and regain garden 8 Golden Macrocarpa Reduce height by 3 metre and laterally by 1 metre to shape 11x7 down to 8x6 to open up view.
