Part first floor rear extension, single storey side extension with hipped lean to roof, loft conversion and extension including introduction of velux windows to the front and rear and reroofing the remodelled property to a crown design, construction of a basement level to the rear to create additional floorspace with associated groundworks, landscape works to create new patios and deliver new planting and the addition of a new entrance canopy to the front porch.
