Removal of existing rear dilapidated lean too and garden sheds, new side and rear, part two story, part single story extensions, new roofline, with small crown roof to form additional bedroom accommodation, rear dormer and separate side dormer roof extensions to allow for the new staircase, external wall insulation, new double glazed windows and doors, new air source heat pump and solar panels to roof, associated landscaping works including remodeling driveway and forming new retaining walls and terraces to rear garden. Submission of tree protection plan details pursuant to condition 5 of permission 21/00299/HHOLD. New roof with dormers and accommodation with new entrance canopy, extensions to the rear with new style windows and doors, and elevation material changes.
