SEE CONDITION 2 Reduce all overextended lateral limbs on the branches that are overhanging the driveway of 2 Garden Farm Close. The branches will only be reduced as far back as the side of the driveway and only overextended limbs will be cut in order to maintain a naturally balanced and well shaped crown. The Pine tree is overhanging the drive of 2 Garden Farm Close. The tree is situated on Long Orchards, Copt Hill Lane, Tadworth, KT20 6HN All work will be compliant with BS3998 standards.

The proposal includes the material change of use of a parcel of land from agricultural to the use as a travelling show persons site, adjacent to an existing travelling show persons site at 4 Fairacres. The agricultural land is also owned by the applicant. The proposed area as part of the change of use, also includes the implementation of new a pea shingle gravel hardstanding to match the existing ground finish of the adjacent plot at 4 Fairacres. No trees or bushes have or will be removed as part of the work.
