The Laurel is located in the rear garden to the left hand side in conflict with the boundary fence The Laurel is damaging the boundary fence with a large amount of the crown within the neighbouring property of 31 Cotland Acres The tree is an undesirable species for its location. Removal to allow for repairs to the boundary fence Rear Garden - Middle and Back Boundary - Left Hand Side G2 - 2x Holly and T3 - 1x Holly Fell as close to ground level as possible. Reduction works are part of a maintenance program to maintain the tree at a suitable size for its location. Reduction to balance the crown as the tree is becoming suppressed by adjacent dominant trees. Rear Of Rear Boundary G10 - Mixed Trees. Cut back overhang from garden to fence line.The trees are located to the rear of the rear boundary on Networks Rail Land. T11 - Pine. Fell to approximately 3 metres from ground level to above the Bird Box. The tree is located in the rear garden to the rear boundary on the left hand side. The tree is suppressed buy the adjacent dominant Pine Tree with the adjacent property. The tree has not central leader stem with only 1x over extended limb growing towards to rear elevation of the property with the risk of failure. The tree has not amenity value and no long term future in its condition. Intentions are to plant with a more suitable and desirable species.
