Group of 5 mature trees on the boundary of 7 Kenneth Road with public footpath, comprising four Common Beech (T1 to T4) and one Field Maple (T5) as shown in the site plan. Specification is a 1.5 metre reduction in height of the group, with similar shortening-in of side growth away from the house and over garden. Prune back T1 and T2 Beech branches currently close to house guttering/roof to ensure clearance of 2 metres. Prune back T5 Maple branches currently touching the garden room roof to ensure clearance of 2 metres. In addition, prune back T1 and T2 Beech branches currently touching neighbour's (26 Cunningham Road) garage roof to ensure clearance of 2 metres.

Yew (T1 and T2) - Reduce crown of both trees by up to 1m and cut back the limb which is overhanging the boundary to be in line with the tree's canopy - appx 3-4m.

Tree specimens are Sycamores forming 15m high boundary between the properties 3 Old School Mews and Longmeadow. Sycamores to be reduced by 5m, overhanging branches to be cut back. The trees were previously reduced in height in 2020 and now needs work to maintain a manageable border of trees and improve light into house and garden and decrease damp risk in garages.

T1 - Multi Stem Ash Fell to ground level - cut and stack all debris in woodland for habitat (Due to Ash dieback) The tree is located in the woodland area to the side of the rear garden, between the garden boundary fence line and the footpath within the woodland The is suffering with Ash Dieback The tree has no long term future with Ash Dieback Risk of a stem or stems failing if retained

T1. Bay rear garden RHS - Crown Reduction. Reducing the height and spread of the tree by up to 5 metres and remove major deadwood greater than 25mm in diameter. Reduce encroachment into neighbours to boundary line. All pruning cuts shall be made to suitable secondary growth points and shall maintain a stable platform for the expected re growth 14x10m down to 9x5m Dieback in upper crown T2. Variegated Holly rear garden RHS - Crown Lift to provide 3 metres clearance from ground level and clip round to shape and tidy, removing up to half a metres growth 10x6m. Works to clear pathway.T3. Beech x 2 rear garden RHS - Crown Reduction. Reducing the height and spread of the tree by up to 3 metres and remove major deadwood greater than 25mm in diameter. All pruning cuts shall be made to suitable secondary growth points and shall maintain a stable platform for the expected re growth 18x12 down to 15x9m Tight included compression fork at 3m. Works to alleviate stress on weak union.T4. Holm Oak x 3 rear boundary - Crown Lift to provide 3 metres clearance from ground level 9x7m. Works to allow light under trees.T5. Yew rear garden LHS - Crown Reduction. Reducing the height and spread of the tree by up to 2 metres. All pruning cuts shall be made to suitable secondary growth points and shall maintain a stable platform for the expected re growth 10x9m down to 8x7m. Works to reshape tree following the failure of an adjacent tree and to clear neighbours shed and boundary wall.T6. Leyland Cypress rear garden LHS - Reduce height by approximately 3 metres and shape laterally as required 16x10 down to 13x8m. Works to allow light to rear of property.

T1 - Small Holly to be carefully felled to ground level. G1 3 x Leylandii trees fell to ground level. G2 -5 x Lawson Cypress tree's fell to ground level. T2 Yew tree fell to ground level. G3 - 7 x lawson cypress trees fell to ground level. T3 - Leylandii to be cut back to near boundary aproximately 1 meters. T4 - Fir tree to cut back to near boundary aproximately 2 meters . T5 - Cypress fell to ground level. All these trese are poor specimens various re planting exercises will be carried out to enhance the area

(T1) Beech tree- reduce side (lateral) branches overhanging boundary of newton house by 1.5-2m to a height of 10m and 1m to a height of 15m shaping into upper crown (no height reduction) Raise crown to 5m To allow more light into property as is now very close to house and blocks a lot of light

G1 - Leylandii x 3 and Self Set Sycamore Reduce height of 3 x Leylandii by approximately 3 metres in height and cut back from neighbouring garden, rear of back boundary, as near to boundary line as possible, whilst retaining healthy growth. Fell to ground level and poison 1 x self set Sycamore adjacent to the rear boundary fence. The trees are located in the rear garden to the right hand side adjacent to the rear boundary Reduction of the Leylandii to reduce the sail effect of the upper crowns To reduce the trees to a more suitable size for their location To allow more suitable light levels in to the neigbouring property to the rear of the rear boundary Felling of the self set Sycamore as this is an undesirable species for its location with no amenity value

1. Self set Ash and Sycamore in neighbours behind, approximately 5 trees - Fell to as close to ground level as possible and treat stump to inhibit regrowth 12x6m Trees are pressing against and damaging boundary wall
