Semi-mature Beech (T1) - rear garden of 10 Whitebeam Close excavated during development, removing a significant portion of the rooting area. Crown reduce by 2 - 2.5m to maintain at its current size. Semi-mature Norway Maple (T2) - etiolated growth in upper crown due to proximity of larger Beech trees. Reduce height by approximately 2 - 2.5m to reduce chances of stem failure.

Centre of Rear Garden Acer Negungo Reduce length of all branches by 3 metres ensuring natural shape and balance typical of species is maintained where possible. Remove dead and diseased wood. Remove or cut back low branches to give a 2 metre clearance from ground level. This tree was planted post development. It is growing too large for its situation and need to be contained so it can be retained for the future

Submission of tree/hedge protection plans details pursuant to Condition 4 of permission 18/00351/F. The development of a new single storey private house on an existing enclosed site adjacent to and part of the Gatwick White House Hotel at the rear of 50 Church Road, Horley following the demolition of an existing timber garage, large shed and the preparation of the site.

Submission of tree protection plan, AIA and AMS details pursuant to condition 16 of permission 04/02120/OUT in relation to the Neighbourhood Centre. Comprehensive mixed use development to comprise housing (approx 1510 dwellings), neighbourhood centre, primary school, recreation and open space uses, plus associated infrastructure and access roads linking the development to A23 and A217. Sycamore, Hawthorn, Lime, Ash T27, T47, T48, T62, T69, T70 - Linear group of trees located on the boundary with plots 15-18 to south west of new residential development site - Cut back lateral branches by 3m to north, to 1m inside new fence line, to abate nuisance of overhanging branches towards new residential house gardens.
