Submission of Tree Protection Plan details pursuant to Condition 6 of permission 22/01560/HHOLD. Single storey extensions with extended roof forms above, new dormer and rooflights, new porch and conversion of one garage internally. Associated alterations to fenestration and materials. Rooflight changes create lower visual impact, including house no longer obscured by rooflights from east elevation, and allow easier access around the site through the use of walk on glass. Introduction of structural planters to provide screening and privacy to the patio from the road, while integrating a hidden railing and softening the overall visual impact of the extension. 3c.
