One of the trees of G2 is heavily Ivy Clad which has limit the extent of growth of the Holly. The trees of G2 and T3 have outgrown their surroundings due to the size of the garden. Rear Garden - Back Boundary. T6 - Prunus. Reduce length of all branches by up to 0.5 - 1 metre to reduce branch and weight whilst ensuring natural shape and balance typical of species is maintained where possible.The tree is located in the rear garden near the rear boundary area. Reduction of 0.5-1m of the branch length leaving a finished height of approximately 3m and width of approximately 2m. Reduction works are part of a maintenance program to maintain the tree at a suitable size for its location. T11 - Pine. Fell to approximately 3 metres from ground level to above the Bird Box. The tree is located in the rear garden to the rear boundary on the left hand side. The tree is suppressed buy the adjacent dominant Pine Tree with the adjacent property. The tree has not central leader stem with only 1x over extended limb growing towards to rear elevation of the property with the risk of failure. The tree has not amenity value and no long term future in its condition. Intentions are to plant with a more suitable and desirable species.

T1 Silver maple - To crown reduce Silver maple in rear garden by up to 3m to form a more compact crown with no overhang to the neighbouring boundaries. G1 Camellia, Conifer & Euonymus. Camellia - To fell to ground level. Conifer - To fell to ground level. Euonymus - To cut back Euonymus to fence line and trim adjacent ivy as hard to the fence as possible.

Some roots of the TPO trees could be affected by the erection of replacement fencing. TPO sought to cover any damage caused by the works taking place.
