Group of 5 mature trees on the boundary of 7 Kenneth Road with public footpath, comprising four Common Beech (T1 to T4) and one Field Maple (T5) as shown in the site plan. Specification is a 1.5 metre reduction in height of the group, with similar shortening-in of side growth away from the house and over garden. T2. Crab Apple adjacent to item 1 - Crown Reduction. Reducing the height and spread of the tree by up to 1.5 metres. 7x6m down to 5.5x4.5m to maintain the size in proportion to its position. T3. Cryptomeria by garage - Fell to as close to ground level as possible 8m tall tree leaning, touching garage mainly dead. T4. Apple rear garden - Crown Reduction. Reducing the height and spread of the tree by up to 2 metres. 9x8m down to 7x6m to encourage fruiting spurs. T5. Yew by tennis court - Crown Lift to provide half a metres clearance from chain link fence 6m tall tree works to prevent further damage to fence.

T1 Oak tree. Remove the lowest 4 branches on the West side adjacent to the house. T2 Oak tree. Shorten all branches that overhang the garage roof by 2.5m.

Front garden-RHS. G1-4x Limes. Repollard to previous points by removal of up to approximately 2 metres of the branch length. Remove basal and epicormic growth. Remove basal stem from 1x Lime nearest garage. The trees are located in the front garden to the front boundary. Repollarding works are part of a maintenance program to maintain the trees at a suitable size for their location. To reduce the risk of branch failure of secondary growth from previous pollarding works. To reduce the conflict with phone lines. T1. Yew Tree. Crown lift by 2m over garage to allow roof replacement. T2. Yew Tree. Reduce height by 2.5m. Shorten lateral branches above the lawn by 1.5m. Rear Garden Left Hand Side, G1 - Mixed Species Hedge, Fell as close to ground level as possible. Entire hedge and fence panels to be removed as well as ivy. Rear Garden Right Hand Side, G2 - Mixed Species Shrubs, Prune back all shrubs from fence to give 2 metres clearance. Rear Garden, G3 - Mixed Species Trees & Shrubs, Strim all brambles in remainder of rear garden and sever ivy on garage and Cherry. All three section are located at the rear of the property. Due to the ill health of the gentleman living in the property the garden has been over grown and has become a hazard and inaccessible. The tree is located in the rear garden to the left hand side. The tree is leaning towards to adjacent neighbouring garden. There is decay around the base with large amounts of dead branches and limbs throughout the main crown. The tree is a risk of branch/limb shedding or complete failure if retained
