Reason: I have climbed and pruned this tree twice and reduced the height once during the last several 15 years. Whilst climbing I observed structural defects in the form of severely included bark unions and old cut open wounds with internal decay cavities. These symptoms are typical of this type of tree and with the slight lean and proximity to two houses, tree removal is required.
