Felling of the tree as the tree has started to shed branched and limbs. The tree is in a state of decline and has no long term future in its current condtion. T3 Yew. Removal of the lowest limb over hanging garden of Number 18 to reduce the extent of conflict with plants and shrubs in the garden of Number 18. Front: T1 Weeping beech by drive : Small tree of little significance, located too close to drive way entrance and is continually being hit by vehicles. Approx. 120mm diameter. Fell to ground level. T2 Yew on front boundary: Historically reduced to form a compact crown. Reduce/trim to maintain previous reduction dimensions and maintain within its surroundings. T3 Lawson cypress in front garden: Historically topped out many times and as a consequence has become extremely wide and has little in the way of management options. The clients wish to renovate the front garden area and are keen to replant with a more suitable native species which will better fit the confines of the space. Fell to ground level (including adjacent shrubs which are not TPO), grind stump and remove all arisings. Rear/side: T4 Weeping beech between sheds : Tree has little significance approx. 150mm diameter. This tree is in a very restricted location and the clients are happy and willing to replant an alternative species in a more suitable location. Fell to ground level and grind stump.

Rear of shop right hand side front of bin area. G1- 2x Laurels. Fell as close to ground level as possible and poison. The Shrubs are located to the rear of the building to the right hand side. Felling to ground level to allow more suitable light levels in to the area and rear elevation of the building. To allow more suitable access to the rear storage area. Rear garden area right hand side. H2-Laurel hedge Reduce to a height of approximately 3 metre from ground level, cut back face to rear of small shed nearest decking, remove stems touching sheds. The hedge is located in the rear garden area to the right hand side. Reduction as part of a maintenance program to maintain the hedge at a suitable and desirable size for its location. To allow more suitable light levels in to the garden area and adjacent neighbouring garden. Removal of stems touching the storage sheds to remove the conflict and to reduce the risk of branch damage and damage to the shed

T3 Laurel group rear LHS Remove Elder and dead stem within and shape to tidy by removing up to half a metre in height 4x1m and reduce laurel group 4x1.5m down to 3.5x1m. to allow light in to rear of property. T4 Sycamore rear garden Crown Lift to provide 5 metres clearance from ground level 18x9m tree. To allow light into garden and open up view from the house. T6 Silver Birch Crown Lift to provide 5 metres clearance from ground level 14x8m tree, To open up view from the house. T7 Hawthorn and plum Crown Reduction - Reducing the height and spread of the tree by up to 1 metre. All pruning cuts shall be made to suitable secondary growth points and shall maintain a stable platform for the expected regrowth 4x4m down to 3x3m Growing close to listed wall, works to prevent further repairs to wall. T8 Apple Crown Reduction - Reducing the height of the tree by up to 1 metres and lateral spread by 2 metres. Lower ground single storey extension and associated refurbishment and alterations including new crossover for driveway. 'Variation of Conditions 1, 3c, 3d, 3e, 3f, 3g, 4, 5 and 6 of permission 18/00251/HHOLD 1. Change - Change in construction and waterproofing method necessitated slight change in layout. Rooflight changes create lower visual impact, including house no longer obscured by rooflights from east elevation, and allow easier access around the site through the use of walk on glass. Introduction of structural planters to provide screening and privacy to the patio from the road, while integrating a hidden railing and softening the overall visual impact of the extension. 3c. Horse chestnut - T1 - To section fell 2x clusters of mature Horse Chestnuts that have had recent large failing limbs due to previous fire damage, using appropriate rigging techniques, and or hand held cuts. The trees have had 4x very limbs fail over the past 4 years and have caused excessive damage to shed and neighbouring properties. The customer feel they have tried there best to maintain the trees by removing deadwood etc but now feel its time for removal due to continues damage and safety threat. 2x replacement trees will be planted in the same position.
