Demolition of detached chalet bungalow and the construction of two detached houses. Variation of Condition 1 of permission 20/01339/F. Improvements to the internal room layouts to better accommodate the request by the Local Authority to move the houses closer together which required changes to be made to the original elevations and room layouts as proposed.

Variation of condition 1 of permission 19/01278/F. Amendment to garage and steps. In addition minor alterations to the scheme approved under 20/01623/S73 which included removal of chimney, over hangs to front elevation removed, small area infilled at GF & FF level at rear.

Loft conversion including the raising of a section of flat roof to the rear of the house and the introduction of rooflights and solar panels. Variation of Condition 1 of permission 20/02804/HHOLD. Move the solar panels from the crown roof to the south facing sloped roofs to increase the efficiency of the panels and to make them easier to maintain. It is also proposed to install and additional 2no. solar panels (giving a total of 10no. for the project).

Lower ground single storey extension and associated refurbishment and alterations including new crossover for driveway. 'Variation of Conditions 1, 3c, 3d, 3e, 3f, 3g, 4, 5 and 6 of permission 18/00251/HHOLD 1. Change - Change in construction and waterproofing method necessitated slight change in layout. Rooflight changes create lower visual impact, including house no longer obscured by rooflights from east elevation, and allow easier access around the site through the use of walk on glass. Introduction of structural planters to provide screening and privacy to the patio from the road, while integrating a hidden railing and softening the overall visual impact of the extension. 3c. Removal - Landscape design submitted showing replacement planting following excavation leading to loss of trees and shrubs. Replacement planting and design proposed, 3d. Removed - Railings have been safely removed and preserved, and will be placed in new location around the drive, as per plans. 3e. Change - Stairwell walls to be matching white render at and below the level of the white plinth of the existing house that surrounds the ground floor. Matching brickwork above the level of the existing plinth. All external walls facing the drive (and all other external walls) will be matching brick. Physical brick sample can be provided on request - Proposed brick - "All About Bricks - Straw blend" (As used (same batch) by Dunottar School in its recent development). 3f.
