Updated arboricultural method statement for the retention of previously removed trees and their protection during works, negated the requirement for replacement planting for the discharge of Condition 05. pursuant to condition 5 of permission 23/00743/HHOLD. Proposed dormer roof extensions, front and rear gable windows and alterations to rear parking area including erection of covered timber frame car port.

Submission of Tree Protection Plan details pursuant to Condition 6 of permission 22/01560/HHOLD. Single storey extensions with extended roof forms above, new dormer and rooflights, new porch and conversion of one garage internally. Associated alterations to fenestration and materials. Rooflight changes create lower visual impact, including house no longer obscured by rooflights from east elevation, and allow easier access around the site through the use of walk on glass. Introduction of structural planters to provide screening and privacy to the patio from the road, while integrating a hidden railing and softening the overall visual impact of the extension. 3c. Removal - Landscape design submitted showing replacement planting following excavation leading to loss of trees and shrubs. Replacement planting and design proposed, 3d. Removed - Railings have been safely removed and preserved, and will be placed in new location around the drive, as per plans. 3e. Change - Stairwell walls to be matching white render at and below the level of the white plinth of the existing house that surrounds the ground floor. Matching brickwork above the level of the existing plinth. All external walls facing the drive (and all other external walls) will be matching brick. Demolition of existing side Conservatory; Construction of 2x new single-storey side extensions, new entrance porch, existing front bay window extended to first-floor, loft conversion, 3x front-facing dormer windows, 3x new rear-facing dormer windows, front and rear feature gable windows, rear first-floor balcony area, internal alterations and external landscaping works.

Construction of first floor rear/side extension with hipped roof / flat crown over existing flat-roofed single storey ground floor rear / side extension. Proposed alterations and extensions to front and rear of property at 1 and 2 storeys comprising of: Conversion of half of double garage to new side entrance and shower room. Existing garage door replaced with new external door and sidelight. New two-storey extension to front elevation. Extension to mirror and match existing front gable end in size, scale and material use. New single-storey porch between existing and proposed forward protruding elements, with pitched and glazed roof over. New centered front door with sidelights to either side. New rear extension, at ground floor, to the full width of the original property and 4m in depth. 2no roof lights over, 2no bi-folding doors and 1no picture window. New rear extension at first floor over proposed ground floor extension. 4m in depth to line through with below and 4.8m wide centered over the full width extension below. Off-white render to existing pebble dash finish. Render to match on proposed elevations. New lower patio, planting beds, retaining walls and 2no external stairs up to corresponding bi-fold doors.
