Extend the rear dormer/mansard further across the rear of the roof space to create more room internally, with that I would like to change the design to make it look aesthetically better and with it being larger I would need more window space included. I would like to add 1 more Velux window into the front of the roof. The rear dormer/mansard did not stretch far enough across the rear of the house in the previous plan to give enough space on the interior. Only having 1 Velux window on the front of the house did not allow enough light into the loft space from the front

Submission of new plans as the owner wishes to move the back wall of the approved scheme out into the garden by 700mm and the introduction of 2 side windows.
