Unit 1 en-suite window reduced to 685mm due to internal wall moving between en-suite and bathroom. Unit 6 en-suite roof light reduced in size. Flat 10 balcony repositioned over communal terrace ? fire/unprotected area concern raised by fire consultant. Unit 5 rooflight added to assist purge ventilation due to unit 5 bedroom 2 window being reduced due to unprotected areas - concern raised by fire consultant. flat roof introduced over emergency access stairwell to reflect planning approved plans ? first floor wall steps in. Not picked up on planning elevations as approved. As amended on 05/07/2023

Non-Material Amendment to 21/02197/HHOLD : Rear 2 x dormers and 1x front dormer : To be constructed in a mock tudor style with rendering and timber + tiles roof, this will be the same as the front existing property dormers on the first floor. To match the style of the existing property, and to match the style of the dormers front + back.

Non-Material Amendment to 19/02064/HHOLD : Omit the creation of the full Height window between ground and first floor to the existing Lounge and landing. Remove the dormer window from the front elevation of the proposed first floor side extension. Render (brickwork) to first floor to rear elevation.
