Non-Material Amendment to 20/02388/F : The application relates to minor alternations to the access ramp on the shop frontage. It is proposed that the ramp and balustrade are extended by an additional 400mm and the glazing line of the new shopfront is set forward by approximately 150mm, removing the need for any level changes within the unit itself.
