Rear Garden - Left Hand Side T1 - Laurel Fell as close to ground level as possible. Grind out stump to 200mm below ground level, removing excess grindings from site. The Laurel is located in the rear garden to the left hand side in conflict with the boundary fence The Laurel is damaging the boundary fence with a large amount of the crown within the neighbouring property of 31 Cotland Acres The tree is an undesirable species for its location. Removal to allow for repairs to the boundary fence Rear Garden - Middle and Back Boundary - Left Hand Side G2 - 2x Holly and T3 - 1x Holly Fell as close to ground level as possible. Grind out stump to 200mm below ground level, removing excess grindings from site. G2 is located in the central area of the garden and T3 is located near the rear boundary to the left hand side. One of the trees of G2 is heavily Ivy Clad which has limit the extent of growth of the Holly. The trees of G2 and T3 have outgrown their surroundings due to the size of the garden. The garden has become unusable due to the continuous leaf fall. Removal to allow suitable use of the garden and to allow more suitable light levels in to the property and neighbouring properties. Reduce length of all branches by up to 0.5 - 1 metre to reduce branch and weight whilst ensuring natural shape and balance typical of species is maintained where possible.The tree is located in the rear garden near the rear boundary area. Reduction of 0.5-1m of the branch length leaving a finished height of approximately 3m and width of approximately 2m. Reduction works are part of a maintenance program to maintain the tree at a suitable size for its location. Reduction to balance the crown as the tree is becoming suppressed by adjacent dominant trees. Rear Of Rear Boundary G10 - Mixed Trees. Cut back overhang from garden to fence line.The trees are located to the rear of the rear boundary on Networks Rail Land. Reduction of the overhang to reduce the extent of the encroachment from the rear boundary of the garden. To allow more light in to the rear boundary area Rear Garden - Back Boundary - Left Hand Side. T11 - Pine. Fell to approximately 3 metres from ground level to above the Bird Box. The tree is located in the rear garden to the rear boundary on the left hand side. The tree is suppressed buy the adjacent dominant Pine Tree with the adjacent property. The tree has not central leader stem with only 1x over extended limb growing towards to rear elevation of the property with the risk of failure. The tree has not amenity value and no long term future in its condition. Intentions are to plant with a more suitable and desirable species.

T1 Lime Specifications: Reduce back to boundary by approx. 3m. Reasons: To increase afternoon sunlight into garden to allow for plant life growth. Reduce domineering effect over small garden. Reduce debris into small garden.

Front Garden T1 Sycamore. Reduce crown to previous points by removal of upto 2 meters in branch length. ? T1 Sycamore is located in the front garden of number 21. ? The works are part of a regular maintenance program to retain the tree at a suitable size for its location. ? The tree is the cause of an unreasonable amount of shade to the front aspect of the property. Rear Garden G2 - 3 x Sorbus Fell to ground level and grind stump. ? G2 consists of 3x sorbus located in the rear garden along the rear boundary. ? The trees are interfering with the reasonable enjoyment of a large proportion of the rear garden. ? There are several other desirable trees of better shape and form within close proximity to the subject trees.

Group of 5 mature trees on the boundary of 7 Kenneth Road with public footpath, comprising four Common Beech (T1 to T4) and one Field Maple (T5) as shown in the site plan. Specification is a 1.5 metre reduction in height of the group, with similar shortening-in of side growth away from the house and over garden. Prune back T1 and T2 Beech branches currently close to house guttering/roof to ensure clearance of 2 metres. Prune back T5 Maple branches currently touching the garden room roof to ensure clearance of 2 metres. G1 - Leylandii x 3 and Self Set Sycamore Reduce height of 3 x Leylandii by approximately 3 metres in height and cut back from neighbouring garden, rear of back boundary, as near to boundary line as possible, whilst retaining healthy growth. Fell to ground level and poison 1 x self set Sycamore adjacent to the rear boundary fence.
