T1 - Ash - Fell to ground level. The tree is showing clear signs of ash die back on its left hand stem. The tree has already lost a limb years ago, possibly due to ash die back, it is hard to tell. There is also a lot of damage on the lower trunk by the ground level with the bark starting to flake. My client is wanting to put an outhouse in his garden but is worried with the ash being above the planned & approved area. My client has an abundance of trees in the garden so it wouldnt affect the immediate landscape for himself or his neighbours as they all have a number of large trees in their gardens. Mature yew (T1) in decline due to heavy landscaping around the base of the tree causing root compaction. The tree is now shedding small limbs over the road and property driveway. Carefully fell tree to ground near level and replant another yew in the rear garden.

T5- Reduce over extended Cherry Tree to a monolith, concerns on the stability due to dieback on old cuts causing possible structural damage. Our landscaping team has plans to replant 4-6 meter Horse chestnut trees to keep the drive way alive. We have plans to plant a 4-6 meter Holm Oak next to T-1 under the home owners instruction. I have no sketch plans for you at this present time as they are ongoing plans and the landscape team feel there may be some issues with ground works, thus altering any sketch plans to date.

T1 - Oak Tree. All works to be carried out in accordance and cross referanced with attached/submitted photographs. Works to be overseen by John Darter. Work Specification: Light pruning and longer rogue branch reduction. Pruning to be by up to 2m only. In zones as marked on photograph. Works to ensure a visually balanced crown shape of smaller dimentions for future management. Reason: to ensure a long term existence of tree within landscape.

T1 - Oak Tree - Various specific pruning tree as viewed from rear of house - Area one (marked on attached photograph) - Lower canopy on left hand side as per photograph, reduce longer lower lateral branches by upto 3m to bring the crown form into a more balanced appearance. Area Two - (marked on attahced photograph) - display of over long lateral branches to be reduced back to be in line with surrounding canopy shape/edge - reduction to be in region of 2-3m Area three - remove trunk sucker growth upto corwn break. Reason - to improve tree appearance in landscape and to be less overpowering over patio area and house.

Beech Tree (T1) - Reduce height and laterally by 2-3m to produce compact crown shape. Reason - balancing of trees in Landscape and increasing amount of sun into out door living area
