Rear Garden - Right Hand Side. T1 - Sycamore. Reduce back to previous reduction points retaining furnishing growth by a reduction of up to approximately 2 metres of the branch length. Remove 1x lowest limb overhanging shed roof. Reasons, T1 Sycamore: The tree is located in the rear garden to the right-hand side. Reduction as part of a maintenance program to maintain the tree at a suitable and desirable size for its location. To reduce the extent of the encroachment over the garden of No5 and to the rear elevations of the buildings. To allow more suitable light levels in to the area. To reduce the branch end weight reducing the risking of secondary branch failure from previous reduction works. T1. Oak. Fell. Reason - The tree is close to the house and overhanging the roof. The crown overshadows one third of the garden and there is fear of root expansion under the house. T2. Oak. Reduce crown by 1m to the previous cut points. Crown lift drooping branches by 1m. T3. Oak. Reduce crown by 1m to the previous cut points. Crown lift drooping branches by 1m.

Rear of House T1-Beech. Remove whole low limb overhang main roof area growing towards oakhouse, lift remainder over main roof area to allow approximately 1.5 metre. The tree is located to the rear of the building. Removal of 1x low limb to remove the future encroachment from the rear elevation and roof area of the building. Lifting over the roof area allowing approximately 1.5m clearance to reduce the encroachment from the roof. To reduce the risk of damage to branch ends or damage to the roof. To allow a some more suitable light levels in to this area.

T1 - RE572 - Yew - Crown all round the Yew tree by 1.5m to allow light onto the roof and bedrooms. Intending to put solar panels on the roof and this is the only roof not facing the street. Previously approved in 2018 but full pruning wasn't completed. Separate application for neighbouring Yew tree which don't have TPO's.

T1 - Silver Birch - Fell. The reason is because the tree has an extensive cavity at the base, compromising the structural integrity. The tree is approximately 95% engulfed with Ivy. T2 - Silver Birch - Shorten by 1.5m six branches that are close to the house roof.

SEE CONDITION 1 FOR APPROVED WORKS T1 Oak- Crown lift to give 2m clearance from roof of 9 Kiln lane by removing secondary growth and reduce lateral branches by 1.5m growing towards 9 Kiln Lane. Tree is extremely close to 9 Kiln Lane and is now touching property. The property has had an issue with squirrels. Pruning works would eliminate any possible damage. Tree appears to have recently had height and opposite side reduced so these works would also balance crown.
