AMENDED PRUNING SPECIFICATION SEE CONDITION 2 FOR APPROVED WORKS AND INFORMATIVE 1 FOR GUIDANCE. Large mature Fir Tree - Crown lift by 3m to allow more light to the shrubs growing underneath and to protect the shed roof from damage. Leylandii - Originally planted to screen the electricity generator located in the corner of the garden, these have been very badly pruned and over half of them are dead. Proposal to remove and replace with 5 pleached Quercus Ilex or similar. Yew Tree 1 - planted in the generator compound. Proposal to prune overhanging branches to avoid congestion with new Holm Oak Pleached trees, reduce crown by 2m. Yew Tree 2 - Crown reduction by 2m to allow more light into the garden and reduce congestion with adjoining trees/shrubs. Yew Tree 3 - This tree looks to be dead, it has been overshadowed by the adjacent yew trees (2 and 4) and smothered by a very large clematis Montana growing through it. Proposal to remove this tree. Yew Tree 4 - Crown reduction by 2m to allow more light into the garden and reduce congestion with adjoining trees / shrubs, remove Ivy which has become established in the crown.
