retention of side boundary fence

Instillation of a new 1.8m high (dark stained) timber fence and gate-set along the eastern boundary of the property. As amended on 08/09/2023 and on 22/09/2023.

The application is to increase the height of the front garden wall from 1m to 1.8m and remove existing fencing to form a garden. The existing 18" piers either side of the gate will increase in height to 1.8m with a new gate fitted. The existing 9" piers will be built to 13" and 1.8m tall. The wall between the piers will increase from 800 mm to 900 mm approx. In between the new 13" piers will be featheredge fencing approx 850 mm tall. The linear length of the wall is 25.

To erect an acoustic fence 3m high alongside A23 and 3m reducing to 2m on the returns towards the house. As amended on 20/05/2021 and 06/07/2021

Removal of chain link boundary fence to south boundary and replacement with new fence to match other existing fences.
