Retrospective permission requested to remove a wooden extension from the side of an existing wooden shed and erect a new wooden shed alongside the existing shed.

Retrospective - Garden landscaping works consisting of works including removal of large mound/tree stumps, levelling ground, change of levels, new lawn, new retaining wall with metal railings, new patio area and steps, new fencing/hedging and erection of timber shed.

Retrospective - A cover at the back of our shed at the bottom of the garden. The cover is comprised of plastic corrugated material to create a simple cover for the small area. The aim is to enable us to protect the equipment and keep it dry and safe (a small skate ramp).
