Replacement of a rear extension and a conservatory with a single-storey extension. Slight enlargement and addition of rooflights to an existing side roof dormer.

Demolition of existing garage /entrance porch. 1.5/2 storey side and rear infil additions. Warm roof to existing conservatory. Rendering of the property with tile hung / cladding infil panel to front and rear dormer.

Erection of two storey extension to the front including integral double garage, two storey extension to the rear following demolition of existing rear single storey extension, replacement of flat roof to existing double garage with pitched roof and dormer window to front and rear to create gym to the ground floor and open storage above, removal of existing conservatory and replace with covered outdoor seating area, alter the window and door openings and create double height glazed atrium front and rear, and new electric gates and piers at driveway entrance.

Demolish existing conservatory and replacement side extension. Extend first floor roof with rear dormer and 2 front dormers, to create 3 new bedrooms on the first floor. New front porch, new bifold sliding door to rear elevation, new windows and doors throughout. Change front and rear elevational finishes. Install new windows and doors throughout.

Comprising a new garden lounge/gym, music room and study to ground floor and new bedroom with en-suite to 1st floor. To North side: single storey extension with raised roof-line and new canopy roof + dormer, comprising garage to the ground floor only.

Replacing existing conservatory with a permanent larger extension at rear, enlarging existing rear roof dormer with tiles to match existing, increasing the ridge on the lower part of the roof to match existing main roof and leveling off internal floor and ceiling to room above the garage with existing. Reinstating chimney stack with brickwork to match existing and addition of rooflights to front. As amended on 04/11/2021.
