The summerhouse is octagonal in shape, 3mx3m in diameter, with a cedar shingle roof. It has glass panelled doors and two opening windows, in Georgian style. The summerhouse is painted 'pebble grey', and the cedar roof is natural cedar. The wall height is 2180mm; the roof ridge height is 3057mm. All dimensions are provided in the drawings.
