Demolition of garage, erection of relocated single garage and single storey extension to the rear of proposed garage. Alterations to roof of rear bay window and reconfiguration of openings to kitchen/dining rooms to include the addition of a larger relocated side bay window. Internal/external alterations to ground and first floor. Re-landscaping of front garden/driveway to include replacement fence and extension of raised patio to rear garden.

To refurbish and convert in keeping an existing workshop for office use. Block up an external doorway with matching brickwork. Create a new doorway into an existing greenhouse. Replace the existing shingle roof with a clay tile, complete with two conservation Velux windows. Replace the existing fence and gate to the front with new. Replace the existing gates to rear garden with new double gates. Reduce size of raised planter and replace existing shingle area with paving. As amended on 05/07/2022.

Installation of 9 photo-voltaic panels on flat roof of existing outbuilding. Panels to be all black (JA 5BB Cypress All Black panel or similar), and installed facing into garden. Installation of new boundary fence to adjoin same outbuilding. Fence to be 2m high when viewed from Crossland Road side, but uneven garden levels and existing terracing to mean fence height from Cavendish Road to be approximately 3m owing to change in ground level between properties.

Erection of a wooden summerhouse, on a concrete base, half-way down our garden against the laurel hedge and perimeter fence. The summerhouse is octagonal in shape, 3mx3m in diameter, with a cedar shingle roof. It has glass panelled doors and two opening windows, in Georgian style. The summerhouse is painted 'pebble grey', and the cedar roof is natural cedar. The wall height is 2180mm; the roof ridge height is 3057mm. All dimensions are provided in the drawings.
