Demolition of existing garage outbuilding and felling of a willow tree in a front garden. Proposed single storey rear extension, conversion and alterations of an existing stable outbuilding in the rear garden. New timber decking to extension.

Treehouse to large evergreen tree in back garden which will be level with front garden terrace. The tree house will be the size of a regular shed and from the front garden will appear to be level with the front garden ground (our back garden is terraced). This will be a custom made, wooden building and will be painted in a dark green to disguise it from the front garden behind the fence. The plan is that this will be a temporary structure for our children to play in but as it is a child's plaything, needs to be sturdy so it has to be concreted at ground level. The structure itself is elevated on stilts to provide stability but otherwise will appear as a normal shed.

Erect a wooden platform on wooden posts within an area of tall rhododendron bushes in the back garden. The platform will be free standing supported on wooden posts and approximately 2 meters from the ground. The platform will be under the canopy of the rhododendrons. No tree or rhododendron trimming or removal is involved. The rear most part of the platform will be 4.5 meters from the rear boundary fence. It will be constructed of wood (recycled where ever possible).

Single storey side extension (north side), demolition of bay window to be replaced with wrap around single story porch/side extension (south side), addition of barn hip, changes to the openings on all elevations and internal alterations. Widening of pedestrian entrance to allow for cars, permeable hard standing added to allow for parking on south side of site, removal of trees along boundary and addition of 1.8m high fence to secure garden. Removal of the main roof and single storey rear extension. New roof with a crown and a rear domers (2) with a front skylights. New rear extension part single and part double. New porch with a new entrance. As amended on 12/04/2021 and on 21/04/2021.

Construction of first floor rear/side extension with hipped roof / flat crown over existing flat-roofed single storey ground floor rear / side extension. Construction of single storey ground floor front extension with flat roof/parapet. Alterations to front of utility store to match proposed front extension. Increase width of stairwell window. Insertion of roof windows in existing and new roofs.
