Removal of existing rear dilapidated lean too and garden sheds, new side and rear, part two story, part single story extensions, new roofline, with small crown roof to form additional bedroom accommodation, rear dormer and separate side dormer roof extensions to allow for the new staircase, external wall insulation, new double glazed windows and doors, new air source heat pump and solar panels to roof, associated landscaping works including remodeling driveway and forming new retaining walls and terraces to rear garden. Retrospective - Garden landscaping works consisting of works including removal of large mound/tree stumps, levelling ground, change of levels, new lawn, new retaining wall with metal railings, new patio area and steps, new fencing/hedging and erection of timber shed.

Treehouse to large evergreen tree in back garden which will be level with front garden terrace. The tree house will be the size of a regular shed and from the front garden will appear to be level with the front garden ground (our back garden is terraced). This will be a custom made, wooden building and will be painted in a dark green to disguise it from the front garden behind the fence. The plan is that this will be a temporary structure for our children to play in but as it is a child's plaything, needs to be sturdy so it has to be concreted at ground level. The structure itself is elevated on stilts to provide stability but otherwise will appear as a normal shed.
