New roof and minor alteration to existing conservatory.

To remove existing glass roof from existing conservatory and reinstate with single glazed unit in toughened 6mm clear glass. Retain all original ironwork (cast iron brackets & iron tie rods) to reflect that of the existing greenhouse. Fit new aluminum glazing bars 50 mm in white which will be fixed directly onto existing timber glazing bars. Remove existing louver slat windows including outer frame timber uprights, external sill, reinstate in Accoya timber frames, single glazed in toughened 4mm glass, side hinged , solid brass hinge, stays and fasteners.
