The proposal is to install a wood burning stove and flue in the rear extension. The extension was built in 2019 and the flue will be coloured black, in-keeping with the window surrounds and guttering down pipes.

To refurbish and convert in keeping an existing workshop for office use. Block up an external doorway with matching brickwork. Create a new doorway into an existing greenhouse. Replace the existing shingle roof with a clay tile, complete with two conservation Velux windows. Replace the existing fence and gate to the front with new. Alterations to 18/00313/LBC to achieve conservation and Building Regulations compliance: reduce ridge height; remove 5 no. rooflights and replace with 2 no. wall dormers to match approved to allow alternative means of escape to bedrooms; replace 14 no. inappropriate window/ door openings with 10 no. historic casement window and French door forms with segmental arch above, in revised positions to balance elevations (changes to plots 19-22).
