Proposed new roof light windows and internal alterations.

To replace all existing windows to all elevations with new Stanbrook and Nicholson heritage timber double glazed windows and rear garden door, to match existing styles and opening sizes.

Addition of dormer window to rear cat slide roof, internal alterations, replacement of windows and installation of new rear patio doors.

Internal modifications to the granary. Before we purchased the property, the developers had installed power and a window into the granary and provided steps up to the door. Following purchase, we removed the grain hopper, extended the electrics and plastered the ceiling but made no further external changes.

To remove existing glass roof from existing conservatory and reinstate with single glazed unit in toughened 6mm clear glass. Retain all original ironwork (cast iron brackets & iron tie rods) to reflect that of the existing greenhouse.
