Alterations to 18/00313/LBC to achieve conservation and Building Regulations compliance: reduce ridge height; remove 5 no. rooflights and replace with 2 no. wall dormers to match approved to allow alternative means of escape to bedrooms; replace 14 no. inappropriate window/ door openings with 10 no. historic casement window and French door forms with segmental arch above, in revised positions to balance elevations (changes to plots 19-22).
