T6: Hornbeam - Prune back lateral branches overhanging garden and greenhouse of Colley House by up to 3m to inside line of boundary wall. Tree specimens are Sycamores forming 15m high boundary between the properties 3 Old School Mews and Longmeadow. Sycamores to be reduced by 5m, overhanging branches to be cut back. The trees were previously reduced in height in 2020 and now needs work to maintain a manageable border of trees and improve light into house and garden and decrease damp risk in garages.

Oak tree - Shorten the longest lateral branches on the house side of the tree by a maximum of 1.5m. Crown lift by removal if drooping secondary branches only.

Fell 1 no. Lilac; reduce one Yew that overhangs the house; 1 no. Beech to be rduced by 30% and remove lower branches overhanging the garden of neighbour (Reading room). Cut back overhanging branches to facilitate the entrance of larger vehicles.

Lime (rear garden RHS) - Re-Pollard back to previous pollard points, including the removal of all basal growth and epicormic growth on trunk. Remove any deadwood located on main 'tree framework' once re-pollarded. - Lime repollard is good arboricultural practice as regrowth is established and sizeable. 2. Eucalyptus (rear garden by patio area) - Remove major deadwood greater than 25mm diameter and reduce canopy closest to house by up to 2.5m to increase gap between tree canopy and property.- Eucalyptus. Deadwood removal and cut back to increase clearance from property roof. 3. Ash (rear garden LHS by veg patch) - Remove the lowest limb over neighbours garden, back to union with trunk.- Ash. Removal of low hanging branch over neighbours garden. Essentially a crown lift.

Removing 5 diameter branch which is interfering with the phone line
