Retrospective planning application for a change of use from a Private Hire operator' Office to a Hot Food Takeaway and installation of an extractor ventilation system (Sui generis planning use).

Retrospective- Erection of a 4mx2.5m insulated home office in my yard, with a storage area to the side. Replacing existing shed, and providing space for my Sons and I to work from home, particularly during the current Pandemic.
