Demolition of the existing dwellings and redevelopment to provide 2 houses with associated off street car parking. Variation of condition 1 of 22/01548/S73 to amend the approved plans to create a basement for House B, amend upper floor layouts and rear window arrangement. (Original permission previously amended by 21/03209/S73 and 22/01548/S73). Variation of condition 1 of permission 23/01130/S73. Amendments to internal layout, small crown roof change to the roof pitch, remove one obscure side window on House B and insert 1 small obscure window in the rear bedroom of House B.

The proposal seeks the demolition of the existing buildings on-site to provide two detached bungalows and associated parking. First floor extension to the front elevation of the property, above the existing flat roof of the garage, to provide additional habitable accommodation at first floor level and improve the image of the existing property, to provide a more traditional pitched-roof elevation to the road. Submission of replacement gate details to condition 8 of permission 23/00743/HHOLD. Proposed dormer roof extensions, front and rear gable windows and alterations to rear parking area including erection of covered timber frame car port.

Loft conversion including the installation of two roof windows into the pitched roof of the front elevation and the addition of three pitched dormers to the rear and two rear roof windows. As amended on 29/11/2023

Removal of existing main roof and construction of new roof, approximately 750mm higher than existing, forming crown roof construction, gable ends, 3no. new rear dormers and 4no. front roof slope windows.
