Non-Material Amendment to 18/00058/F : Alteration to second corner beyond entrance on northern edge (angled wall to suit boundary line). Window widths reduced to rear elevation of Flats 2 and 5 (2 windows) to move away from boundary line.

Non-Material Amendment to 21/01879/HHOLD : Previously approved flank (side) door to be changed to a window. Previously approved window to rear elevation to be omitted and the proposed bi-fold doors re-positioned in that same rear wall. The 2 previously approved rooflights to the rear elevation are to be repositioned slightly (further away from the boundary).

Non-Material Amendment to 18/00058/F : Alteration to south-west corner near entrance (angled wall to suit boundary line), and walls around northern edge to move walls away from boundary line. Eastern bay altered to suit. Photovoltaic cells now shown on southern roof slope in accordance with approved energy report.
