T2. Oak rear garden - Evidence of old Ganoderma fruiting body at the base of the stem on eastern aspect, localised decay when tapped with acoustic mallet. Large vertical tear in upper eastern canopy (approximately 2 metres long and half a metre wide) on a predominant stem with a heavy lean to the north. Remove epicormic growth off trunk up to main crown break union and remove major deadwood over 25mm diameter. 16x12m pre works, 13.5x9.5m post works. T1. Beech (neighbours tree, tag no.0795) - Included main union at 3m where trunk divides into two co-dominant stems. Reduce the lateral spread of the canopy overhanging the rear gardens by up to 3 metres. No height to be taken out of the tree. Any major deadwood (over 25mm diameter) above the gardens is to be removed too. T2. Sycamore (neighbours tree, tag no.0796) - Suppressed tree with squirrel damage. AMENDED SPECIFICATION FOR T3 SEE CONDITION 2 T1. Chestnut front boundary - Crown bias to the north. I would recommend a Crown Reduction. Reducing the height of the tree by up to 2 metres and the northern canopy by up to 1 metre and reduce the protruding limb to the west by 2 metres. All pruning cuts shall be made to suitable secondary growth points and shall maintain a stable platform for the expected regrowth. 17x12m down to 15x11m works to balance and tidy the tree following the loss of the adjacent tree in previous storm. T2. Lime front boundary - Historically been reduced with approximately 6-7 metres regrowth from old points with obvious decay at these points, I would recommend a Crown Reduction. Reducing the height and spread of the tree by 3-4 metres. All pruning cuts shall be made to suitable secondary growth points and shall maintain a stable platform for the expected regrowth. Raise crown over road to provide 5 metres clearance from ground level by the removal of secondary and sub-branches. 20x15m down to 16x12m works to alleviate the stress on the old decaying pruning points and allow light into the front of the property. T3. Cedar front boundary - Crown Thin. Removing selected branches in the upper canopy to reduce current density by up to 15% remove broken / damaged branches and major deadwood greater than 20mm in diameter. Raise crown over road to provide 5 metres clearance from ground level by the removal of secondary and sub-branches. 18x12m tree. works required to prevent further storm damage

T1 Common Horse Chestnut Crown Reduction - Reducing the height and spread of the tree by up to 8 metres. All pruning cuts shall be made to suitable secondary growth points and shall maintain a stable platform for the expected regrowth. To be reduced substantially due to decay to base of stem to South. Height pre works 17m post works 9m. Crown spread pre works 8m post 8m

Yard Area - Right Hand Side. T1 - Ash, Fell as close to ground level as possible. Works to be carried out with the use of a MEWP. Due to the cavity in dominant leader at a height of approximately 3.5 metres from ground level - cut and stack all logs. The tree is located to the front of the stables to the right hand side of the yard area. There is a large cavity at a height of approximately 3.5m from ground level and approximately 0.2 - 0.5m above the main crown break within the dominant stem which over hangs the stable building roof . Due to the size of the cavity the tree would require significant reduction to stabilize which would also include the adjacent dominant stem to balance leaving a Monolith trunk and removing all amenity and aesthetics value . This is a high load bearing limb with risk of complete failure if retained leading to significant damage to the stables building . The tree appears to becoming slightly stag headed which could be early signs of Ash Dieback
