Removal of existing single gate and replace with covered gateway. No alterations to either existing pathway, wire fencing or adjacent hedging. To provide for a more secure access.

To refurbish and convert in keeping an existing workshop for office use. Block up an external doorway with matching brickwork. Create a new doorway into an existing greenhouse. Replace the existing shingle roof with a clay tile, complete with two conservation Velux windows. Replace the existing fence and gate to the front with new. Replace the existing gates to rear garden with new double gates. Reduce size of raised planter and replace existing shingle area with paving. As amended on 05/07/2022.

Remove timber rail fencing along both sides of entrance driveway and replace with black metal estates fencing. This to include the pedestrian pathway which connects to the driveway. Also to include adding a small section of black estates fencing from the North corner of the new 6th Form building out to meet the position of the existing timber fencing. This will protect the lawn and flower beds.

New door to the north side wall of the bay onto Chart Lane and boundary fence onto Chart Lane. As amended on 21/05/2021
