Front Garden T1 Sycamore. Reduce crown to previous points by removal of upto 2 meters in branch length. ? T1 Sycamore is located in the front garden of number 21. ? The works are part of a regular maintenance program to retain the tree at a suitable size for its location. ? The tree is the cause of an unreasonable amount of shade to the front aspect of the property. Rear Garden G2 - 3 x Sorbus Fell to ground level and grind stump. ? T1 - Laurel Fell to ground level and grind out stump. The Laurel is located in the rear garden to the left hand side in conflict with the boundary fence. The Laurel is damaging the boundary fence with a large amount of the crown within the neighbouring property of 31 Cotland Acres The tree is an undesirable species for its location. Removal to allow for repairs to the boundary fence. G2 - Holly x 2 & T3 - Holly. Fell to ground level and grind out stumps. G2 is located in the central area of the garden and T3 is located near the rear boundary to the left hand side. One of the trees of G2 is heavily Ivy Clad which has limit the extent of growth of the Holly. The trees of G2 and T3 have outgrown their surroundings due to the size of the garden. The garden has become unusable due to the continuous leaf fall. Removal to allow suitable use of the garden and to allow more suitable light levels in to the property and neighbouring properties. The resident is willing to replant with 1 or 2 more suitable species

Pin Oak (LHS side of property, close to boundary) - Reduce the height and spread of the tree by up to 2.5m. The lower SE, S & SW (overhanging neighbouring property) laterals have been reduced heavily in the past in an attempt to pull into shape - reduce regrowth back to suitable live growth in line with remaining canopy. All pruning cuts shall be made to suitable secondary growth points and shall maintain a stable platform for the expected regrowth. Remove any major deadwood over 20mm diameter. T1 Horse Chestnut, Action - Reduce tree structure to a smaller dimension. 2-3m lateral reduction, 5-6m height reduction. Thin out centre. Produce new tree form. Reason - Turn tree into a much smaller manageable form, for long term retention with a re-pollarding regime carried out every 3 years. This will bring a feature tree into line with the historic pollard trees along the driveway, that the property already embraces. Front Garden Right Hand Side. T1 - Sycamore - Fell to ground level and grind out stump to 200mm below ground level. The tree is located in the front garden on the right hand side. The trees proximity to the property is causing anxiety and apprehension to the occupier, after the top snapped out from the storm and now half the crown is missing. The tree has a historic fracture at the base and running up to around 2m by the look of the fracture this is more than likely caused be some type of torsion force and this fracture could be hiding internal decay. Front Garden Front Boundary. T3 - Beech - Remove split limb at 10 metres on South West side. The tree is located in the front garden on the front boundary.The tree has a split/hanging limb at around 10m on the road side and this could affect the public foot path.
