Demolition of an existing conservatory and a detached garage at the rear of a detached house. Construction of part two-storey, part single-storey extension to the side and rear, which replaces existing single storey extensions.

Construction of ancillary outbuilding. The use of the proposed building will be incidental to the main dwelling, for the enjoyment of the owners. The proposed building will include a home gym, yoga area, steam room / sauna and prayer room.
