retention of side boundary fence

G1 - Leylandii x 3 and Self Set Sycamore Reduce height of 3 x Leylandii by approximately 3 metres in height and cut back from neighbouring garden, rear of back boundary, as near to boundary line as possible, whilst retaining healthy growth. Fell to ground level and poison 1 x self set Sycamore adjacent to the rear boundary fence. The trees are located in the rear garden to the right hand side adjacent to the rear boundary Reduction of the Leylandii to reduce the sail effect of the upper crowns To reduce the trees to a more suitable size for their location To allow more suitable light levels in to the neigbouring property to the rear of the rear boundary Felling of the self set Sycamore as this is an undesirable species for its location with no amenity value

The application is to increase the height of the front garden wall from 1m to 1.8m and remove existing fencing to form a garden. The existing 18" piers either side of the gate will increase in height to 1.8m with a new gate fitted. The existing 9" piers will be built to 13" and 1.8m tall. The wall between the piers will increase from 800 mm to 900 mm approx. In between the new 13" piers will be featheredge fencing approx 850 mm tall. The linear length of the wall is 25.

The removal of an existing 20m monopole mast and associated compound, and the installation of a replacement base station which includes a 25m lattice sharable mast. The proposal also includes improvements to the compound which involves a new perimeter fence and the addition of 6no. new cabinets. A single headframe will be mounted to the top of the mast which host 6no. antenna and 2no. 600mm dishes

T1 - Laurel Fell to ground level and grind out stump. The Laurel is located in the rear garden to the left hand side in conflict with the boundary fence. The Laurel is damaging the boundary fence with a large amount of the crown within the neighbouring property of 31 Cotland Acres The tree is an undesirable species for its location. Removal to allow for repairs to the boundary fence. G2 - Holly x 2 & T3 - Holly. Fell to ground level and grind out stumps. G2 is located in the central area of the garden and T3 is located near the rear boundary to the left hand side. One of the trees of G2 is heavily Ivy Clad which has limit the extent of growth of the Holly. The trees of G2 and T3 have outgrown their surroundings due to the size of the garden. The garden has become unusable due to the continuous leaf fall. Removal to allow suitable use of the garden and to allow more suitable light levels in to the property and neighbouring properties. The resident is willing to replant with 1 or 2 more suitable species

Proposal is to build an outhouse building 5m x 3m with max pitch of 2.5m. Not within 1m of boundary fence.

A 20m high lattice mast on a new pad foundation supporting a singular headframe, 12 No. antennas fixed to the mast, new compound measuring approximately 10m x 12m in area surrounded by a 2m high welded mesh fence, radio equipment cabinets within the proposed compound 16 No. in total, the provision of a permanent access track from Green Lane leading onto Spencer Way, Aircraft warning light fixed installed (medium intensity 2000 candela), and other ancillary development including RRUs, BOBs and MHAs.
