Our application proposal involves hard landscape amendments to approved Condition 6 of Planning Application Ref. 20/01762/F as follows; Build new entry gates and piers (Refer to Drawing 116/PL/02) at entrance to dwelling from Hurst Drive. Add a new perimeter 1m high close board fence to the Hurst Drive boundary.

Retrospective application for removal of hedge and fixed gate at the front of the property surrounding the driveway entrance. Installation of fence and double swing gates around the perimeter of the existing driveway, with the gates opening inwards towards the house. Relay the driveway apron with cobblestone sets.
