Our application proposal involves hard landscape amendments to approved Condition 6 of Planning Application Ref. 20/01762/F as follows; Build new entry gates and piers (Refer to Drawing 116/PL/02) at entrance to dwelling from Hurst Drive. Variation of Condition 4 of permission 20/01367/F. Replace proposed 2m high deer galvanised wire deer fencing and gate with 1.8m high mesh panel fencing and gate. The mesh panel fencing will comprise 1.8m high x 3m long welded wire mesh panels - wire 4.5mm thick, galvanised and powder coated green colour. Mesh with rectangular aperture, size 200mm high x 50mm wide. The gates will be of the same material.
