New flat roof orangery with skylight to replace the existing conservatory at the rear of the house. New orangery to use the same footprint of the existing conservatory and be no greater in overall height.

To remove existing decorative stone balustrades around the garage roof, undertake remedial works to prevent water ingress and re instate a pitched roof with gable end to match the existing house (as as pre 2009).
