T1 - Ash tree to carefully fell to near ground level. Due to excessive shade. Replant a copper beech tree near to the location of the ash tree.

T1 Lime - To crown reduce by up to 3m in all dimensions. To manage trees crown within proximity to surroundings. T2 Hornbeam - To reduce in height by up to 4m and reduce to previous points on the sides. To manage trees crown within proximity to surroundings.

T1 1 Beech tree: Clean to remove all dead, diseased, or crossing branches, thin 10% of the live branches throughout the canopy to allow more light and air penetration throughout the canopy/ reduce crown density/ reduce the risk of limb, stem or root failure due to sail effect, reduce the Height and Spread by approx 2.5 - 3m to balance and shape, raise the height of the lower branches to 4.5m in order to provide sunlight penetration to the understory and provide clearance Reason: Routine maintenance

Front Garden T1 Sycamore. Reduce crown to previous points by removal of upto 2 meters in branch length. ? T1 Sycamore is located in the front garden of number 21. ? The works are part of a regular maintenance program to retain the tree at a suitable size for its location. ? The tree is the cause of an unreasonable amount of shade to the front aspect of the property. Rear Garden G2 - 3 x Sorbus Fell to ground level and grind stump. ? G2 consists of 3x sorbus located in the rear garden along the rear boundary. ? The trees are interfering with the reasonable enjoyment of a large proportion of the rear garden. ? There are several other desirable trees of better shape and form within close proximity to the subject trees.

T1,2,4,5: Holly Trees: Reform into formal conical shape by 0.5m reduction, to produce architectural form. T3: Holly: Fell, to leave even spacing between retained trees.

This application is for the reduction of 2 trees, one Oak and one Ash tree. The trees are situated in the rear garden of The Vicarage, Woodland way but overhang the garden of Warren House causing significant shading to the property and garden and damaging the grass making it very difficult to use the back garden and enjoy the grass area. Our client likes the trees and would like to reduce the Oak tree T1 by 1.5m to create a well shaped and balanced crown and thin the canopy by 15% to allow more dappled light into the garden and property. The Ash tree T2 is causing the same problem as the Oak tree T1 and we would like to reduce by 1.5-2m all round back to healthy growth points to allow more light and less debris dropping into Warren House garden. All work will be compliant with BS3998 standards.

T1 Pine, we would like to reduce the height by around 3M like the photo below to a reasonable growth point and reduce the one side branch that sticks out from the canopy. these works are to insure the safety of the house and family. by doing these works it will take out some of the sail area and leverage when there are strong gusts.
